View projectWe know every closure day matters.
A closed pool affects lessons, memberships, bookings and revenue. We work hard to meet agreed dates and plan the sequence carefully.
From first look to finished pool.
Every pool is different. We start by understanding the condition and the result you want, then set out a practical scope.
Tell us what’s going on
Share the pool location, the work you have in mind and a few photos if useful.
Assess the condition
We review the tiles, grout and areas of concern to understand the job properly.
Get a clear scope
We explain the proposed work and provide a quote based on the agreed requirements.
Book the work
Once approved, we agree timing and plan access around the pool and site.
A family tradition of pool tiling.
PoolRevive is a family-run business built on more than 40 years of combined experience in specialist swimming pool tiling and refurbishment.
Tiling runs through our family. Our grandad, dad, uncle and son have all worked as tilers, bringing generations of practical knowledge to the work we do today. Over the years, we’ve worked on major pool projects at universities, leisure centres and swimming pools across the UK. Alongside respected pool companies and their key project contacts, we’ve faced and solved a wide range of challenges in all kinds of pool environments.
That experience has taught us to take care over every detail and to understand the problems that can arise on a pool project. We’re proud of the reputation our family has built and of the standards we bring to every job.
We’re also fortunate to work alongside some excellent tradesmen: skilled, hardworking people with plenty of experience and strong reputations of their own. Together, we take pride in delivering careful, dependable workmanship and treating every project with the attention it deserves.
PoolRevive is the pool restoration service from TileTrust Ltd, based in Warrington and working across the UK.

Questions before we start?
Not sure which service fits? Tell us what you’re seeing and we’ll help define the next step.
Send an enquiryCan you regrout a pool without replacing the tiles?
Often, yes. Where tiles remain securely bonded and the underlying system is suitable, worn grout can be removed to the required depth and replaced. Regrouting is not a fix for loose tiles, failed render, structural movement or a leaking pool shell; those issues need to be assessed separately.
Can you repair individual loose or cracked tiles?
Yes. Loose, cracked or missing tiles around pool floors, walls, steps, corners, channels and outlets can often be repaired locally when the surrounding work and substrate are sound.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole of the UK. We are based in Warrington, Cheshire, and take on pool cleaning, tile repairs, regrouting and pool tiling projects anywhere in the UK.
How do I get an accurate quote?
Tell us where the pool is, what needs attention and roughly how large the area is, with photos of the tiles, grout and problem areas if you have them. We assess the condition, explain the proposed work and quote the agreed scope before work begins.
How long will the pool be out of use?
It depends on the scope of work and the products used. We confirm the scope, materials, access and working areas in advance and build cure and refill times into the programme rather than skipping them to meet a date.
Does a hollow sound mean a tile definitely needs replacing?
No. A tap test is a screening check, not proof on its own that a tile has failed. Tile size, substrate, membranes and the original fixing method can all affect the sound. Where the cause is uncertain, a selective lift or test opening may be needed.
Can you replace only the tiles that are damaged?
Often, yes. A pool does not always need every tile removed. Repair boundaries are set by what is found beneath the tile, so we can keep sound work and repair the affected areas.
Is epoxy grout always better than cement grout?
Not always. Epoxy may offer a longer-lasting, easier-to-maintain joint in demanding pool conditions, but it cannot strengthen a loose tile or repair movement, waterproofing or structural problems. Cement grout may need a different maintenance routine, and no grout has a guaranteed lifespan.
Can a refurbishment save the cost of a full new pool finish?
It can. Keeping sound tiles and repairing the affected areas can avoid the cost and disruption of stripping and replacing everything. The right option depends on the shell, waterproofing, tile bond, background, movement joints and water conditions.
How do you clean a pool without damaging the finish?
We use the correct chemical clean for the job, whether that is removing old grout before regrouting, lifting calcium and rust marks, cleaning a pool surround or a general pool clean. We check the tile and grout first and try a small test area, so the clean does not harm the existing grout or the finish.
Can you guarantee the pool will reopen by a particular date?
We work hard to meet agreed dates and plan the sequence carefully, and we flag hidden defects or programme risks promptly. Refill and return to service wait until the products have cured in line with their instructions, so cure time is never skipped to meet a date.
Tell us about your pool.
Send a few details and we’ll get back to you to understand the job. Photos of the tiles, grout and problem areas help us a lot, and you can add them below.
