Hotel and spa pool refurbishment: a finish your guests notice.
Mosaic, curved walls, spa seating and feature steps leave nowhere for poor work to hide. We take the same care over every joint, corner and change of plane so the pool looks considered from the waterline down.
Mosaic, curves and features
Joints, edges, steps, channels and outlets all need a considered finish. On mosaic and curved work, that matters even more, and it is where a specialist tiler makes the difference.
- Mosaic floors, walls and steps
- Curved walls and spa seating
- Feature details and edge bands
- Regrouting and cleaning to bring mosaic back
Products chosen for each surface
Replacement tile, bedding and joint materials are selected for the location and pool conditions, and our epoxy grout is chosen to suit the tile surface, joint size and site conditions.
Options explained, scope agreed
Every pool is different. We look at the pool and its existing finish, explain the options clearly and agree the scope before work begins.
Can you replace only the tiles that are damaged?
Often, yes. A pool does not always need every tile removed. Repair boundaries are set by what is found beneath the tile, so we can keep sound work and repair the affected areas.
Is epoxy grout always better than cement grout?
Not always. Epoxy may offer a longer-lasting, easier-to-maintain joint in demanding pool conditions, but it cannot strengthen a loose tile or repair movement, waterproofing or structural problems. Cement grout may need a different maintenance routine, and no grout has a guaranteed lifespan.
How do you clean a pool without damaging the finish?
We use the correct chemical clean for the job, whether that is removing old grout before regrouting, lifting calcium and rust marks, cleaning a pool surround or a general pool clean. We check the tile and grout first and try a small test area, so the clean does not harm the existing grout or the finish.
Tell us about your pool.
Send a few details and we’ll get back to you to understand the job. Photos of the tiles, grout and problem areas help us a lot, and you can add them below.
