Swimming pool tiling across Scotland, from the Borders to the Highlands.
We repair, regroute and refurbish tiled swimming pools all over Scotland, from city leisure centres to Highland hotels and private pools in rural homes. We are based in Warrington, so we plan each trip properly and stay nearby while the work is done.
Pool repairs and refurbishment in Scotland
Scotland has every kind of pool we work on: public leisure and lane pools in the towns and cities, school and university pools, hotel and spa pools in tourist areas, holiday park pools on the coast, and private pools in country homes.
Alongside our pages for Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness, Stirling, Perth and Ayr, we cover the rest of the country, from Dumfries and Galloway and the Borders to Fife, Angus, Moray and the west coast.

How we plan work so far from base
We start with photos and a short video of the problem areas. They let Dan and Jay judge the likely scale of the job and what to bring, though we always inspect before giving a price.
Then we agree the practical side: when the pool can be drained, who runs the plant during the works, where materials can be stored and how access works. For longer jobs we stay locally rather than travel back and forth.
Islands and remote glens need extra planning for ferries, accommodation and getting materials to site, so mention it early if your pool is off the beaten track.
Closures, seasons and term dates
School and university pools usually need work in the holidays. Hotel and holiday pools in tourist areas tend to prefer the quieter months, and leisure pools often have a planned annual shutdown.
Whatever the window, the adhesive and grout get the cure time the manufacturer asks for before the pool is refilled. Telling us your dates early gives time to inspect, agree the scope and order matched tiles before the water comes out.
Pools with a long history
Some Scottish public pools have been in use for generations and carry layers of repairs from different decades. A loose tile in a pool like that may be a sign of a wider bond failure, so we tap test around it and look for the cause before agreeing how far a repair should go.
Newer hotel and club pools tend to show wear first at the steps, entries and waterline. Either way, sharp or lifting tiles are a safety issue and should be closed off and reported straight away. Keep any spare original tiles, because they make a repair much easier to match.

Do you cover the whole of Scotland?
Yes, including the Highlands, the islands where access allows, and the Borders. We plan travel and accommodation around each job.
Is it worth bringing a team from Warrington for a small repair?
It can be, especially if the repair is a safety issue or other work can be done on the same visit. Send photos and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense.
Can you price a Scottish job from photos?
No. Photos help us scope the job, but we inspect the pool, ideally drained, before agreeing a scope and estimate.
Tell us about your pool.
Send a few details and we’ll get back to you to understand the job. Photos of the tiles, grout and problem areas help us a lot, and you can add them below.
What affects the estimate?
- The pool area and which surfaces need work
- Joint size and the grout or tiles involved
- The condition of the tiles, joints and background
- Access to the pool and the working areas
- Preparation, cleaning and any repairs needed first
- The programme and when the pool can close
