Inverness pool tiling, for Highland hotel and spa pools.
Inverness is the gateway to the Highlands, and many of the pools in and around it belong to hotels, spas and holiday accommodation. We repair, regroute and refurbish tiled pools there, and we plan the work with the visitor season in mind.
Keeping guest pools open when it matters
A hotel pool that shuts in the busiest weeks costs bookings and goodwill. Most hotel operators would rather the work happened in the quieter months, and we are happy to plan around that.
Spa pools, plunge pools and steam rooms often sit alongside the main pool. They see heat and chemicals all day, so their seating, edges and grout tend to need attention at the same time.

How we handle a job this far north
We travel from Warrington, so we ask for photos and a short video first. They help us judge the likely scope and decide what to bring, though we still inspect before we price anything.
For the works, Dan and Jay stay in the area. If your pool is out along the Moray Firth or up a glen, tell us about road access and where materials can be stored.
Photos of the plant room access and the route from the car park to the pool hall are useful as well.
Matching tiles in an existing pool
Some guest pools have been patched several times with whatever tiles were to hand. If you have spare tiles from the original job, keep them, as they make a repair far less obvious. Where none survive, we will talk through the closest options before any tiles come up.
Cure time and the reopening date
Hotels often have bookings tied to the pool reopening, so it is worth knowing early that tiling work cannot be rushed at the end. Adhesive and grout need the cure time their manufacturer sets before the pool is filled and the water treatment restarts.
We build that into the programme from the first conversation and agree with whoever runs your plant how the refill will be handled.
Our team’s previous pool experience
Previous projects: carried out by Dan and his dad as self-employed subcontractors, before PoolRevive was formed. About our experience
Can you work on an Inverness hotel pool out of season?
Yes, and that is usually the best time. Let us know your quiet months early so the inspection, materials and works can all be planned into them.
Do you cover rural Highland pools away from the city?
Yes. Remote locations just need more planning around access, accommodation and getting materials to site.
Can you tile a steam room as well as the pool?
Yes. We work on spa pools, steam rooms, seating and changing areas as well as the main pool.
Tell us about your pool.
Send a few details and we’ll get back to you to understand the job. Photos of the tiles, grout and problem areas help us a lot, and you can add them below.
