Making each visit count

Before the first visit, send us clear photos of the problem areas and a few wider shots of the pool. That tells us what to bring and whether the inspection can be combined with small repairs.

For longer jobs, we book accommodation nearby rather than driving back and forth each day. It means earlier starts, longer days on the tools and less time lost on the road.

If the pool is in the historic upper part of the city, near the cathedral, streets are steep and narrow and parking is limited. Let us know so we can plan deliveries and unloading.

Pools across Lincolnshire

Lincoln is a cathedral and university city, and Lincolnshire around it is largely rural, with a long coastline to the east. We work on school, university and leisure pools in the city, hotel and holiday pools, and private pools in homes across the county.

Holiday and hotel pools usually suit work in the quieter months, while school and university pools are normally done over the summer. We plan the trip around your window, not the other way round.

Private pools in farmhouses and village homes are common across the county, and we are glad to travel out to them.

No rushing to get home

Being away from base is no reason to cut corners. Adhesive and grout still get the cure time they need, and we plan the programme so the pool is only refilled when the work is ready.

If something needs checking once the pool has been refilled and is back in use, we will arrange it, combining the visit with other work in the area where we can.

If you cannot be on site yourself, tell us who to report to. We will keep them told about progress and anything we find once tiles come up.
